TimeCardLynx is a web based utility to collect hours and expenses. It allows specification of employee roles such that suprvisors and managers may view and edit data imput by subordinates. Data including job and costcode information is entered by the individual employee or his supervisor. When all time card data is input the system can send a notice to the administrator. Alternavively the Administrator may request reports indicating which employees have completed their entry or a list of those who have not yet completed entering time.

Once approved the time and expense data is imported into Sage 100 Contractor payroll records ready for normal payroll processing.
